BRIEF OF POSITION:
Pune Gas, Pune Gasparts & Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a “Field Service Technician”, a professional who fixes problems makes repairs, and installs things for their clients to keep them running smoothly. They often go right into people’s homes or businesses when necessary.

**KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answering telephone inquiries and assisting clients.
- Providing service and customer support during field visits
- Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
- Fixing defective or broken products or ordering the necessary parts to replace faulty or worn-out parts.
- Servicing heavy equipment of Oil & Gas Industry
- Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
- Order parts needed for repairs if needed
- Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers'

**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATES**:

- Ability to install, repair, service, test, and troubleshoot equipment
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Diploma / Degree ( Freshers) preferred
- Strong working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry.
- Verbal & Written Communication Skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
