**Job Title: Fitter - LNG Gas System (Cyrogenic Tanks)**

**Location**: Solapur & Mumbai
**Department**: Maintenance / Fabrication / Operations
**Reports To**: Maintenance Supervisor / Project Manager

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 5-10 years in LNG Gas Plants & cryogenic tank systems

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret **technical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications** for cryogenic systems.
- **Assemble and install cryogenic pipelines**, valves, vacuum-jacketed lines, and insulation systems.
- Conduct **precision fitting and welding** (preferably TIG) of cryogenic-grade stainless steel and related materials.
- **Perform pressure tests and leak detection**, including helium leak testing where applicable.
- Maintain and repair cryogenic storage tanks, vaporizers, pumps, and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure **compliance with all safety regulations and PPE requirements**, especially concerning cryogenic handling.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and improve system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service reports and compliance documentation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Fitter or Technician** in cryogenic systems or similar industrial gas environments.
- Strong knowledge of **cryogenic safety standards**, materials, and insulation techniques.
- Proficiency in **welding (TIG preferred)** and working with stainless steel and pressure-rated components.
- Familiarity with **pressure testing, vacuum systems, and thermal insulation techniques**.
- Ability to read and understand **engineering drawings and schematics**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition; able to work in confined spaces or outdoors if necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in **welding or pipe fitting** (ASME, AWS, etc.)
- Experience working in **industrial gas, LNG gas facilities**:

- Knowledge of **PESO compliance**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
