Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation, editing, and maintenance of product listings particularly e-commerce portal

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.

Support the management of product listings, descriptions, and other content on our e-commerce platform.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to facilitate project implementation and execution.

Provide administrative support for e-commerce operations, including data entry, documentation, and scheduling.

Handle customer inquiries and escalations related to e-commerce transactions and activities.

Utilize Excel and other tools for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1 year of experience in e-commerce or related field preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
