**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring all members understand their roles and tasks.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, preferably with web and app solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Education and Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech / B.E.)
- Relevant certifications (optional)

**Location**:

- Adajan, Surat

**Working Hours**:

- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday
