As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by assisting the fulfillment team in executing and delivering projects with excellence. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. **Key Responsibilities**

**Project Planning and Execution**: Collaborate with the fulfillment team to create detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure all project stakeholders are informed about their roles and responsibilities, and provide regular updates on project progress.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables, identifying and addressing any potential issues proactively.

**Resource Coordination**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content, and analytics, to allocate resources effectively for project tasks.
Assist in resolving any resource conflicts and ensure that the team has the necessary tools and support to fulfill project requirements.

**Communication and Reporting**:Act as the primary point of contact between the fulfillment team and other departments, clients, and stakeholders.
Regularly communicate project status, updates, and challenges to the relevant parties.
Prepare comprehensive project reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), for management and clients.

**Quality Assurance**:Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet the company's standards and exceed client expectations.
Conduct thorough reviews of project outputs to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar project management role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
