duties

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information with relevant internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

  • Ensure evolving client needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Break down projects into actionable tasks and define realistic timelines.

  • Work closely with clients and the sales team to clarify deliverables and align expectations.

  • Assign tasks to internal team members and assist in managing schedules effectively.

  • Support the Project Manager in preparing project budgets and tracking expenses.

  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Oversee procurement processes related to the project, ensuring timely delivery of resources.

  • Monitor overall project progress and proactively manage any arising issues.

  • Serve as the central point of contact, providing regular status updates to all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve blockers and maintain project momentum.

  • Utilize Semsto for tracking working hours, project plans, and expenditures.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and records.

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, with a track record of successful project execution.

  • End-to-end project management expertise, from initial planning through to final delivery.

  • Skilled in preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules, and detailed action plans.

  • Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on multitasking and effective time management.

  • Excellent client-facing communication and collaborative teamwork skills.

  • Well-versed in risk management practices and quality assurance processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Basecamp and similar platforms.
