We have Opening For Logistics Executive

Experience: 3-5 years

Location : Chennai
- Coordinate with packing department on the packing schedule and organize transportation for timely dispatch of goods
- Interact with the customer and obtain approval for dispatch of goods
- Plan & organize transportation based on the volume, size and Customer Delivery Date (CDD)
- Coordinate with quality department for final inspection report and packing list from production department
- Dispatch all relevant documents to customers for payment processing which includes but not limited to Invoice, Packing list, Manufacturer Test Certificate, Delivery Challan & Warranty Certificate
- Identify & negotiate rate contracts with new transporter. Send proposal to management for approval
- Follow quote protocol for full truck dispatch and obtain approval from management
- Verify billing and delivery address with the customer prior to shipping of the product
- Ensure fumigation procedures are followed for export orders
- Scrutinize and approve transportation bills for payment
- Prepare e-way bill for all dispatch
- Record and retain all documents as per specification
