Role Overview:The Logistics Executive will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of domestic and international shipments, ensuring efficient movement of goods in compliance with statutory and internal guidelines. This role plays a key part in supporting project deliveries, import/export documentation, vendor coordination, and inventory movement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory flow
  • Handle documentation for imports and exports (Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, Delivery Orders, etc.)
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, transporters, and warehouse service providers
  • Track and monitor shipments and proactively address delays or issues
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international logistics regulations (GST, E-Way Bills, Incoterms, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Project, Finance) to align logistics with business needs
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping and inventory logs
  • Monitor costs and recommend improvements for cost-effective logistics operations
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and performance tracking
  • Support audits and submit logistics-related MIS reports as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in logistics operations
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, shipping documentation and customs clearance
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software/tools
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and multitask
  • Knowledge of GCC logistics norms is a plus
