**POSITION DETAILS**

Position Summary_**

As a Customer Service Executive, he/she will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by way of timely reviewing of orders and processing in ERP system and supporting the customers with information on order/delivery status by coordinating with operations team.

**_ Principal Activities_**
- Initiate Order booking process upon intimation from Application Engineering team.
- Entering the sales orders in ERP (QAD) based on the customer purchase order.
- Updating and maintaining all the details in the order booking register.
- Participate in CORB review.
- FG Code creation in ERP(QAD).
- Filling the additional forms / documents supporting to the sales orders.
- Following the various check parameters while entering the sales orders.
- Co-ordinating with internals departments related to questions/clarifications for the sales orders.
- Updating the agreed delivery date in QAD after the CORB review and order acknowledgement sent to respective Customers.
- Updating the Sales Order Register with the details and tracking dates of the orders received and acknowledged.
- Scanning / Uploading the sales orders with purchase order and other details into central server and indexing the uploaded documents for future searches.
- FOC/Service order booking in the ERP(QAD).
- Participate in SIOP meetings to monitor the changes in the delivery plan and drive the operations to meet the agreed delivery dates with the customer.
- Support in updating all shipping documents in customer portals wherever applicable.
- Prepare reports to support internal stakeholders like Sales and Finance.
- Perform change management of order booking with required approvals.

- Technical Knowledge preferably on Valves/Industrial Goods and hands-on Experiences in similar profile
- Exposure of SAP & established ERP Module (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written Communication (will be considered a Plus)
- AAA Familiarities or Ability to quickly learn & effectively use all IT Tools, Platforms and Software that Company uses like MS Teams, Skype, Outlook, Concur, Success factor etc
