Role : Customer Care Representative (International Voice Process)

Location : Coimbatore

Rently's technology allows property managers to facilitate renter and vendor access without having to send a leasing agent out to the property. This is all done using a smartphone or desktop browser to schedule a viewing. The technology generates cost savings, increases efficiency, and gets vacancies rented fast making it a fun and exciting solution to sell.

Description:


• Providing excellent customer service to all Rently users. An ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customer support requests through voice support.


• Candidate should have excellent verbal communication skill. International voice experience is a plus.


• This position has an opportunity for growth in a US-based company.

Daily Tasks:


• Taking care of support requests through voice mediums.


• Maintaining high quality standards on customer experience


• Making real-time decisions


• Escalating high level requests to proper internal channels

Hours:

·      Operating in US hours

·      Be ready to work on night shifts and during weekends based on the work schedule
