**Role and responsibilities**

**Customer Care**: Greet customers warmly, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk or over the phone. Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any issues or complaints in a courteous manner.

**Service Scheduling**: Assist customers in booking appointments for various automotive services, including car washes, detailing, maintenance, and repairs. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

**Upselling and Cross-selling**: Proactively promote additional services and packages to customers based on their vehicle's needs, providing information on available options to enhance their car care experience.

**Payment Processing**: Accurately process payments for services rendered, handle cash transactions, and maintain records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Auto Spa services, packages, and promotions to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide valuable recommendations.

**Customer Follow-up**: Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any further concerns or feedback.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensure the reception area and customer waiting areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained to create a pleasant environment for customers.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members, technicians, and management to optimize workflow and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Data Entry**: Accurately record customer information, service details, and transactions into the company's database or CRM system.

**Ensure Customer Satisfaction**:To maintain higher productivity standards and better repair quality and ensure that the Quick Service, Same Day Delivery of vehicles is done with a minimum of 75% Customer Satisfaction.

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in OE company or related field.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
