Legends Academy is an elite training center in Coimbatore dedicated to helping individuals achieve their dreams of a global experience. We offer comprehensive and specialized training for HAAD, DHA, PROMETRIC (Saudi, Oman, Qatar), MOH, ACLS, BLS, PALS, ECG, and Pharmacology.

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: Freshers preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in students and visitors with inquiries about courses and services.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, including documentation and payment procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up to ensure resolution of queries.
- Collaborate with the administrative and admissions teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.
- Address complaints and escalate issues to the relevant departments as necessary.
- Support promotional campaigns by sharing information with potential students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in customer service is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
