**Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Inbound Process**

**Shift Timing**:
**Male: 12 PM - 9 PM or 1 PM - 10 PM (any 9-hour shift)**

**Female: Between 7 AM - 8 PM (any 9-hour shift)**

**Week Off: 1 rotational day off**

**Experience: minimum 3-6 months of work experience preferred**

**Qualification: Graduate(mandatory)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our products/services and be able to provide detailed information to customers.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed, ensuring quick resolution.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up on customer inquiries, ensuring cases are resolved or escalated as needed.
- Customer Education: Assist customers in understanding policies, processes, and available resources, providing clarity on all relevant services.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and deliver top-tier customer experiences.

**Performance Metrics**:
Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.

**Requirements**:
Average to good communication skills

Basic customer service and telecalling skills

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹204,000.00 per year

- Rotational shift
