Claims - Helpdesk Executive - Hyderabad

We are looking for a fulltime in office member at our Hyderabad Office, who will look after all our paper work when it comes to Claims department. As a claims administrator, you should have attention to details and be up to date with all the documents that are to be procured

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Receive Claim Files and add file details as per Loop’s internal maintenance system
- Scan the files and maintain secure digital records
- Upload the claim files on TPA/Insurer portals to help with the digital claim submission
- Interact with client to communicate about deficiencies
- Share acknowledgment with clients about their claim files
- Facilitate sharing claim files back with customer upon request

**Requirements**:

- 6 months+ work experience of working with a TPA/Insurance company (claims division) handling claim files (scanning, uploading, and data entry)
- Willing to learn using claim portals of different TPAs for uploading claims
- High focus on accuracy, detail-oriented
- Ability to work with scanner and printer on a daily basis
- Fluency in using internal technical tools
