Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in the travel insurance vertical. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-evolving domain where you’ll contribute to building and expanding partnerships that drive revenue and impact.

**Responsibilities**:
**Channel Sales & Broking**
- Develop and manage broker networks and channel partnerships.
- Ensure consistent performance and target achievement through partner engagement and training.

**B2B Partnership Development**
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new business partnerships (travel agents, OTAs, aggregators, etc.).
- Manage partner relationships end-to-end, including contract negotiation and account performance.

**Strategic & Digital Alliances**
- Build and manage alliances with digital platforms, fintechs, insurtechs, and other travel-related businesses.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop joint offerings and go-to-market plans.

**Corporate Distribution**
- Engage with corporates for group and employee travel insurance solutions.
- Work with decision-makers (HR/Admin/Travel Heads) to close enterprise-level opportunities Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- 2-10 years of experience in travel insurance sales (broking or insurer side).
- Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the travel or insurance ecosystem is an added advantage.
