Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent at our Mumbai location. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling various insurance products, offering brokerage services, and providing financial advice. The role involves understanding customer needs, assisting with policy selection, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Insurance Agent will also handle customer inquiries, process claims, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Insurance Sales and Brokerage skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products and financial services
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in insurance and finance are beneficial
