**Job Title: Civil AutoCAD Faculty**

**Location**: Mysore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction**: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for individuals or groups on AutoCAD software, focusing on civil engineering features and best practices.
- **Technical Support**: Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues related to AutoCAD.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make improvements as needed.
- **Curriculum Enhancement**: Stay current with the latest AutoCAD updates and industry trends to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant.
- **Collaboration**: Work with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their specific training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Computer-Aided Design, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: 1 years of experience using AutoCAD in civil engineering projects, with at least [Y] years of experience in a training or instructional role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, particularly in civil engineering modules and Revit architecture, Sketchup,3dx max, V ray, Lumion and BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials and exercises.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
- **Certifications**: AutoCAD Certified Professional.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with additional CADD software and BIM tools.
- Background in instructional design or e-learning development.
- Familiarity with various learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies.
