**Job Title**: Architect/Civil Cad Drafter

**Location**: Mysore

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Planning**: Develop and present architectural designs, including detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models.
- **Project Management**: Manage all phases of architectural projects, from initial concept to completion.
- **Client Interaction**: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, presenting design options and making modifications based on feedback.
- **Technical Oversight**: Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers and other professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements into designs.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address issues, and ensure that the project is being executed as per the design specifications.
- **Sustainability**: Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects, promoting energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including reports, permits, and specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- **Licensure**: Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent) preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,3Ds Max, Lumion and V-ray.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
