CADDESK is hiring a **Civil CAD Trainer / Faculty** for our Marathahalli, Bangalore branch. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with strong technical knowledge in **AutoCAD** and **Civil 3D** who can effectively train students and professionals in civil design and drafting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **classroom training sessions** on AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Teach concepts related to **civil drafting, land development, and 3D modeling**.
- Prepare **training materials, exercises, and assignments** for students.
- Evaluate student progress and provide **constructive feedback**.
- Stay updated with **latest software tools and civil design standards**.

**Required Skills**:

- **Technical Expertise**: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related Civil CAD tools.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English and local language**.
- **Training Skills**: Ability to explain technical topics clearly and interactively.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable teaching different levels of learners.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in **Civil Engineering** or related field.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** (Not Mandatory, but good to have )in teaching or civil design projects.
