As a **Civil Trainer/Faculty**, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, workshops, and lectures on various civil engineering topics. You will guide students in mastering civil engineering software, provide them with hands-on experience, and help them develop practical skills that are essential in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Civil Engineering topics.
- Teach software tools such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, SketchUp, ETABS, Primavera, and MS Project.
- Develop training material and ensure it is up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Stay current with industry developments and incorporate them into your teaching approach.
- Provide technical support and resolve students' doubts or challenges related to software or civil engineering principles.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, SketchUp, ETABS, Primavera, MS Project.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to break down complex concepts and teach them effectively.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop their careers.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in teaching or training is a plus, but freshers with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,739.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
