**Mechanical CAD Trainer**

**Location**: Mysore

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-3+ years in CAD training or mechanical design

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic **Mechanical CAD Trainer** to train students and professionals in industry-standard CAD tools used in mechanical design and drafting. The trainer should have hands-on experience with tools like **AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or Ansys**, and the ability to deliver practical, job-oriented training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective training on 2D and 3D mechanical CAD software.
- Teach core design concepts such as GD&T, machine drawing, and product design.
- Plan course content and structure according to learner levels.
- Conduct live demonstrations and supervise hands-on practice sessions.
- Guide students through industry projects and portfolio development.
- Evaluate student progress through assignments and assessments.
- Update training content with the latest software updates and practices.
- Assist in placement support by preparing students for technical interviews.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following**:AutoCAD Mechanical, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX, Ansys.**:

- Strong understanding of mechanical drafting, modeling, and analysis.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to beginners and intermediates.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
