Hiring for a Leading Global Petrochem Company

Job Title: Dispatch and Accounts Executive

Location: Chembur

**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting and Finance:
Record purchase entries and payments to suppliers/vendors.

Manage payment entries in Tally and other accounting software.

Book Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and invoices, including digital invoicing.

Handle bank reconciliation and prepare ledger statements.

Issue invoices, delivery challans, and book bills.

Compliance and Statutory Responsibilities:
Ensure timely filing of all statutory compliance requirements.

Scrutiny and Corrections:
Perform ledger scrutiny and make corrections as needed.

Check GRNs against purchase orders (PO) and clear any discrepancies.

Correct missing or incorrect entries.

Stock and Inventory:
Manage stock handling and ensure accurate inventory records.

Generate e-way bills for goods transportation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the chemical or petroleum-based sector.

Education: A degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally prime) and MS Office (especially Excel).

Knowledge: Familiarity with e-way bill processes, GST compliance, and logistics management.

Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners
