**Job Summary**: The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, and driving online revenue growth. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- **Analytics**: Monitor and analyse website performance, customer behaviour, and sales metrics. Generate regular reports and provide insights to optimize e-commerce strategies.
- **Customer Experience**: Enhance the online shopping experience by ensuring website usability, optimizing the checkout process, and addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- **Content Management**: Create and manage content for product descriptions, banners, and promotional materials. Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of e-commerce strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
