Greetings from Nexus, We're urgently hiring for **"Sr. Executive - Sales Coordinator"** for one of the Packaging Manufacturing Industry **Location : Khatraj, Ahmedabad** **Experience**:4 to 7years of experience in manufacturing (B2B sales)** **Qualification : Any graduate** **Preferred Industries**:Working experience in B2B sales for packing product** **Job responsibilities**: - Price quotation preparation and approval. - KAM activity for assigned customers. - Internal and external co-ordination for order, payment, dispatch, samples, complain etc. - Sales reports - Weekly / Monthly / Annually. - Sales analysis end of the month (Trend, customer wise, SKU wise) - ISO certificate related work (documents, data etc.) - Communicate revised price list to all the customers as and when require. - Daily sales report. - Strong production planning and coordination (order punching to delivery) - Co-ordinate with sales representatives on daily basis like order, dispatch, etc - Customer communication related to pricing, documents (proforma invoice, sales invoice, COA’s, Credit notes, Debit notes etc.), dispatch plan, complaints etc. - Strong payment collection follow-up with customers and sales managers. **Skills**: - Proficiency in MS office is must and Working experience in ERP / SAP. - Good communication, Good interpersonal skills.
