**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Inside Sales (50-70%):_
- Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Assess inbound and outbound leads for their needs, interests, and potential for conversion.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes.
- Field Visits (30-50%):_
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations in person.
- Address customer queries and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights during visits.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Comfort with traveling for client visits.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and tools (CRM experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi and English is desirable.
