Hiring for Payroll Coordinator

Job Location : Bandra and Andheri Marol, Mumbai
Updating of Records with New Hires and Resignations - Date of joining / Date of resignation / Last working day in the Payroll Masters;
Preparing Salary Registers having validated Attendance / Leave / days worked during the particular period for a New Hire / hold cases due to Resignation etc.;
Processing Loans/ Advances and tracking adherence to the Company Policy;
Ensuring Investment Declaration is submitted by respective employees under tax bracket and documents are uploaded with time limits;
Managing payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner;
Maintaining payout information and resolving any discrepancies;
Ensuring Statutory compliances by following policies and procedures;
Timely Registers - Salary / Full and Final Payment / Gratuity / TDS / Returns of PF, ESI is forwarded to Accounts and payments made within specified time.
Preparing Cost Analysis reports as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
