**Job Title: Payroll Executive**

**Experience required: 3 - 5 Years**

**Job Location: Andheri**

**Education: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a degree in HR-related field.**
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather and verify payroll solution data.
- Generate payroll reports, address discrepancies, and provide timely resolution to payroll-related queries.

**Responsibilities**
- Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements related to payroll processing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of employee data.
- Conduct audits on payroll processes to identify and rectify errors.
- Generate and distribute Payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven hands-on experience in payroll processing and knowledge of **Spine HR software**.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
