**Key Responsibilities for Sr. Payroll Executive**
- **Payroll Processing**:
- Manage and process monthly payroll for employees, including regular salaries, incentives, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data, including timesheets, attendance, and leave records.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity).
- Prepare and file statutory returns and reports within deadlines.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll-related laws and regulations.
- **Employee Data Management**:
- Maintain and update employee records in payroll software.
- Handle queries related to salary, tax deductions, and benefits.
- **Audits and Reconciliations**:
- Perform payroll reconciliations and address discrepancies.
- Assist in internal and external payroll audits.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes.
- Implement best practices for payroll management.
- **Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with the HR team for employee on boarding/off boarding and benefits administration.
- Liaise with finance and tax teams for accurate payroll disbursement and reporting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
