Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with internal departments and regional salespeople for reports, sales cases, and internal meetings.

Prepare and send offers to potential clients.

Assist in implementing the sales strategy as directed by the Sales Manager, including strategies for encouraging repeat business and direct selling.

Conduct courtesy calls to both existing and potential customers.

Maintain records of all inquiries and translate them into monthly reports, analyzing business trends and conversion rates.

Manage client and agent databases.

Handle post-purchase order activities such as preparing work orders, updating customers on delivery dates, and interacting with various departments.

Liaise with advertising agencies for product brochures.

Handle vendor registrations, tenders, and prepare compliance documents.

Follow up on payments.

Experience in managing the India Mart portal.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management information system (MIS) reports.

Knowledge of Tally is an added advantage.

Job Requirements:
Basic knowledge and understanding of Interface converters, Protocol Gateways, 2G/4G Modems, Network Switches, and IIoT.

Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP systems.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks effectively.

Well-organized with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
