**Job Description: Construction Sales Professional**

**Location**: Ballari, and Banglore, Karnataka

**Company**: MyScaai Bharat Construction Pvt. Ltd.

**Experience Required**: 5 to 10 years in CONSTRUCTION and real estate perffered

**Salary Package**: upto 12 lpa

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for flats, villas, and farmhouses.
- Identify potential clients and market opportunities in the Ballari region.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Address client queries, concerns, and requirements promptly and effectively.
- **Market Analysis and Insights**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights to the marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**:

- Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals successfully.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with marketing, project management, and finance teams to streamline processes.
- Ensure smooth communication of client requirements to internal stakeholders.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and progress reports.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, especially in the Ballari region.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
