To manage proposals and approvals for the CEO
- To collect all possible background information and prepare answers for all possible question before putting up proposals for the CEO’s Approval
- To properly channelize all proposals before finally taking them up with the CEO
- To ensure proposal document is supported by all other relevant documents required for decision making on the approval

- Conceptualise the CEO’s ideas into real projects / actionable item to evaluate the business potential and monitor implementation.- Understand the ideas and thoughts of the CEO and conceptualise it.
- Build a business case to show the feasibility to the stakeholders and build the buy-in.
- Monitor and co-ordinate the project to ensure effective implementation as per the proposed plan.

- Special Projects- Whoever nominated by CEO, to represent the CEO in cross functional teams and task force created for specific project and act as facilitator and communicator of project philosophy or strategy.
- Maintain confidentiality of data and document handled at the CEO’s office.
- Be a part of the special project groups for developing synergies with industry partners, robust governance framework, commodity and forex risk management strategies, marketing strategy, IT & automation strategies, organisation design as well as long term corporate and asset development strategies.

- Research and Analysis- Carry out research and relevant studies on specific topics related to business, policy and others as required.

**Education
**A. Educational Qualifications & Certifications**:
1.Degree in law

**B. Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience**:
**1. **10-15 years’ of experience in managing legal contracts, responding to legal notice preferably in manufacturing industry.
