Corporate Legal Expertise Required

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Legal Manager to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in handling complex legal matters related to financial and banking transactions, capital raise, borrowings, investments, IT & Cyber Security, and regulatory compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal deeds, documents, agreements, MoUs, and contracts for various business purposes.
  • Providing expert legal support to cross-functional teams, including business, operations, finance, risk, compliance, HR, IT, and secretarial departments.
  • Liaising with external legal counsels, statutory auditors, and regulators to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Coordinating with Advocates and drafting/reviewing documents for legal proceedings.
  • Advising internal stakeholders on corporate legal matters and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintaining and updating litigation databases, legal contracts, agreements, and related documents.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in handling complex legal matters.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and banking regulations, including IT & Cyber Security.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional certification in law or relevant field.
