Our organization seeks a Legal Manager to provide expert legal counsel and support.

This role involves ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding intellectual property, and facilitating agreements and collaborations.

  • Ensure all relevant regulations and laws are adhered to, providing guidance on statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely filings and responses.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), agreements, and contracts with collaborating institutions and stakeholders.
  • Oversee documentation related to grants, research funding, and arrangements with corporate partners.
  • Collaborate with IP lawyers to develop and finalize IP policies, licensing agreements, and privacy policies.
  • Handle various corporate and institutional legal matters as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Graduation in Law from a premium institute.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with universities, preferably in Maharashtra, handling regulatory compliance.
