**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **GEM Portal Management**: Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of vendor registration, bid submission, and procurement transactions on the GEM portal. Ensure compliance with all government policies and regulations.
- **Procurement Support**: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes, including managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely payments.
- **MIS Reporting**: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports related to GEM portal activities. Analyze procurement trends and provide insights for improving efficiency.
- **Vendor Management**: Assist in the onboarding and management of vendors on the GEM portal, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with all registration requirements.
- **Data Entry & Accuracy**: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications, in compliance with GEM portal standards.
- **Process Optimization**: Use AI tools and technology to streamline data entry, reporting, and procurement workflows, improving overall efficiency and reducing manual errors.
- **Compliance & Auditing**: Ensure adherence to all procurement policies and procedures. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
- **Communication & Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and government representatives to resolve any discrepancies or issues with GEM portal transactions.
- **AI Tools Utilization**: Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze procurement data, automate reporting processes, and enhance decision-making accuracy.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with GEM portal operations, including vendor management, procurement processing, and compliance.
- Strong experience with MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Certification in AI tools or related technologies (e.g., machine learning, data analytics).
- In-depth understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience with AI-powered procurement solutions or ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
