**Position: Junior Finance Controller**
**Location**: Park Avenue Hotel, Bannerghata Road
**Industry**: Hospitality / Hotel
**Experience Level**: 2-4 years preferred

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting operations using Tally ERP.
- Monitor and track income, expenses, and cost control procedures for the property.
- Prepare financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with the front office, F&B, and housekeeping departments for expense tracking and revenue reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) and support monthly filings.
- Assist in internal audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Support vendor payments, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Identify areas for financial improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- 2-4 years of experience in hotel accounting or finance.
- Proficient in **Tally ERP** and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue and cost structures.
- Familiar with Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS compliance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with hospitality-specific PMS (like IDS, Opera, or similar).
- Knowledge of internal financial controls in a hotel environment.
