**Job Title: Finance Controller**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage the company's financial performance, including profitability, cash flow, and financial health.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, audits, and financial disclosures.
- Oversee and manage all daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to the senior management and board of directors.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement across the organization.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company’s interests.
- Implement risk management strategies and internal controls to minimize exposure.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10 years of experience. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in managing a finance team and overseeing day-to-day financial operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally ERP systems, Excel).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
