**Job Title**: IT Recruiter
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months
**Location**: Indore - On Site

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and company procedures.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
- Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Experience in Staff Augmentation will be given preference.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an IT staffing agency or corporate recruitment team.
- Knowledge of technical screening methods and interview techniques.
