Customer Experience Executive

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Attend all the client calls and resolve client queries
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Determining the cause of the problem and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Serve customers by providing product and service information.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools within the time limits.
- To place error-free and timely orders for clients who come online
- To give trade confirmation while placing orders
- To attend to all client calls without leaving any missed calls and
- To attend to and resolve basic client queries.
- EOD trade confirmation also needs to be given.
- Good Verbal Communication skills in **Hindi & English (mandatory)**
- Other languages are an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
