Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

2. Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating to senior management when necessary.

3. Provide Product Information: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.

4. Process Customer Orders: Process customer orders and returns in an efficient and accurate manner.

5. Maintain Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

6. Improve Customer Satisfaction: Continuously look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and experience.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

2. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
