**Job Summary**

The Finding Head is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of the finding department, ensuring the timely supply of findings to all manufacturing units. This role will involve coordinating with various teams and managing the department's inventory and quality control processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Finding Supply and Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with different units to understand their finding requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Manage the department's inventory, including stock taking, replenishment, and KANBAN stock maintenance.
- Work closely with the purchasing, PPC teams to ensure timely procurement of findings.
- Monitor and analyse inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.

**Quality Control**:

- Oversee the quality control processes for incoming and outgoing findings, including visual inspection, XRF testing, and FA analysis.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
- Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.

**Team Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of finding department personnel, providing guidance and support.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.

**Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and improve the department's processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and waste minimization.
- Implement new initiatives and technologies to enhance department performance.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on department activities, including inventory levels, quality metrics, and performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role within the jewellery manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems (i.e Microsoft Office) and Gati software
