As a Goldsmith / Jewelry Artisan (Karagir) at Khandelwal Jewellers, you will be responsible for crafting, repairing, and maintaining high-quality gold jewelry. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Jewelry Fabrication**:

- Design and create custom jewelry pieces using gold and other precious metals.
- Shape, mold, solder, and assemble components to craft unique jewelry items.
- Set gemstones and diamonds in settings with precision.

**Jewelry Repair and Restoration**:

- Assess and repair damaged jewelry, including resizing rings, restringing necklaces, and replacing clasps.
- Restore antique or heirloom pieces to their original condition.
- Ensure that all repairs meet quality and safety standards.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished jewelry items for flaws or imperfections.
- Ensure that all jewelry pieces meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Consult with customers to understand their jewelry design preferences and repair needs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on jewelry selection, repair options, and customization.
- Communicate effectively to manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.

**Tools and Equipment**:

- Operate and maintain jewelry-making tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory of materials, including gold, gemstones, and findings.
- Order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Goldsmith or Jewelry Artisan, typically 3-5 years or more.
- Strong expertise in working with gold and other precious metals.
- Proficiency in jewelry fabrication techniques, including soldering and stone setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and jewelry design principles.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with customers.
- Familiarity with jewelry repair and restoration processes.
- Creativity and the ability to bring unique designs to life.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
