**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service

Qualifications:

- Graduate from any field
- Versant 4 or 5 certified

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary (25k CTC to 32k CTC)
- 24/7 rotational shift (Day shift for females till 8 pm, rotational for males)
- 6 days working
- Window shift: 8 to 10
