We’re growing fast — and we need **driven, street-smart Business Development Executives** to take our mission further.

**Role: Business Development Executive**

**Location**: Delhi NCR

**Type**: Full-Time | On-Ground | B2B Sales

**Team**: Sales & Partnerships

***What You’ll Do**
- **Identify, pitch, and close** partnerships with venues like cafés, gyms, coworking spaces, salons, etc.
- Own your zone — from **cold outreach** to **on-ground visits** and **deal closures**:

- Deliver a **clear, compelling pitch** on how UrjaBox adds value for both businesses and their customers
- **Build long-term relationships** with business owners and venue managers
- Coordinate installations and onboarding with internal teams
- **Track, report, and exceed** monthly sales and onboarding targets
- Represent UrjaBox at **networking events, expos, and local activations**

** **Who You Are**
- 2-3 years of **field sales, B2B partnerships, or business development** experience
- Comfortable with **cold visits, client meetings**, and **closing deals** on the go
- Strong communication and **negotiation skills**:

- Knows the **Delhi NCR local business landscape** (especially F&B, fitness, salons, coworking)
- **Self-starter**, motivated by targets and growth
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
