**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a **Field Marketing Executive** to lead local marketing and outreach efforts in **Delhi**. This role involves direct interaction with vendors, retailers, and consumers to execute marketing strategies and improve brand visibility in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute field marketing campaigns across key locations in Delhi.
- Build and manage relationships with shop owners, market associations, and event organizers.
- Distribute flyers, place posters, and manage kiosks or stalls during promotions.
- Collect customer insights and report on competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align field efforts with campaign goals.
- Maintain records of visits, leads generated, and outcomes achieved.
- 0-3 years of experience in field marketing, BTL activities, or on-ground sales.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong local knowledge of Delhi markets and public spaces.
- Comfortable travelling within Delhi and working on-field daily.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and result-oriented.
- **Minimum qualification**: Graduate (any stream)/12th pass.
