**Position Overview**:
The **Field Marketing Executive** will play a crucial role in implementing and executing on-the-ground marketing activities, including events, product promotions, and local partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate marketer who thrives in face-to-face interactions and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and execute field marketing activities such as events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the brand at local trade shows, conferences, and community events.
- Cultivate relationships with local customers, partners, and key influencers.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to inform local marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging and brand positioning.
- Track the performance of field marketing activities, measure KPIs, and provide reports on ROI.
- Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials and branded assets.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site events, including set-up, staffing, and follow-up.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- A keen interest in marketing and brand-building with a desire to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with people effectively.
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
