**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dealer Relationship Management**:
- **Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers.**:
- **Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, providing support and guidance.**:
- **Conduct regular dealer visits to understand needs, issues, and opportunities.**
**Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- **Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the assigned dealer accounts.**:
- **Drive sales through active promotion of products and services to dealers.**:
- **Track sales performance and provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.**
**Product Knowledge and Promotion**:
- **Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, features, and benefits.**:
- **Train and educate dealers on product offerings to help them effectively sell.**:
- **Provide dealers with marketing materials, sales tools, and other resources to support their sales efforts.**
**Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:
- **Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.**:
- **Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales performance.**
**Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring**:
- **Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.**:
- **Suggest adjustments to product offerings or marketing strategies based on market insights.**
**Customer Support and Service**:
- **Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and timely resolution of issues.**:
- **Collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure the smooth fulfillment of dealer orders.**
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- **A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).**
**Experience**:
- **Proven experience in dealer sales, business development, or a related field (minimum 2-3 years).**:
- **Strong understanding of the sales process and dealer network dynamics.**
**Skills**:
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:
- **Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.**:
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.**:
- **Knowledge of market analysis and sales forecasting techniques.**

**Working Conditions**:
