Our smart power bank rental stations are redefining convenience across Delhi NCR, placed at high-footfall venues like cafés, restaurants, salons, lounges, coworking spaces, and more.

We’re growing fast — and we need driven, street-smart Business Development Executives to take our mission further.

** What You’ll Do**
- Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with venues like cafés, gyms, coworking spaces Etc.
- Own your zone — from cold outreach to on-ground visits and deal closures
- Deliver a clear, compelling pitch on how UrjaBox adds value for both businesses and their customers
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and venue managers
- Coordinate installations and onboarding with internal teams
- Track, report, and exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets
- Represent UrjaBox at networking events, expos, and local activations

**Who You Are**
- 2-3 years of field sales, B2B partnerships, or business development experience
- Comfortable with cold visits, client meetings, and closing deals on the go
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knows the Delhi NCR local business landscape (especially F&B, fitness, salons, coworking)
- Self-starter, motivated by targets and growth
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ( own vechile)

**What You’ll Get**
- Fixed Salary: 80% of total compensation
- Performance Incentives: 20% (based on clear monthly/quarterly targets)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
