**Position: Corporate Trainer [ASP.NET MVC]**

**Experience: Minimum 5 years**

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Corporate Trainer, Instructor, or Educator would be preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Guidance**:Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees during practical exercises and coding challenges. Assist participants in troubleshooting technical issues and clarifying doubts related to ASP.NET MVC development.

**Content Maintenance and Updates**: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ASP.NET MVC and related technologies to ensure training content remains current and relevant. Revise and update training materials as needed to reflect changes in technology, best practices, and industry trends.

**Assessment and Feedback**:Evaluate progress of trainees and skill development through assessments, quizzes, and practical assignments. Collect feedback from trainees to continuously improve the training programs and delivery methods.

**Interview Process The interview process will be conducted in an offline mode. Applicants are required to personally visit our office in Mohali, Punjab.**
- **Round 1**:HR Round - Verbal
- **Round 2**:Technical Interview - Verbal
- **Round 3**: Final Interaction Round - Verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
