**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs for staff members focusing on immigration procedures, policies, and regulations for various countries.
- Customize training modules to suit the specific needs of our team, covering destinations like Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration laws and procedures for different countries.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff members to ensure proficiency in handling immigration-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the immigration industry, preferably in a training or coaching role.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration procedures for multiple countries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to tailor training materials to different learning styles.
- Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
