Role Description

This is a full-time on-site STEM Trainer role based in the Mohali district. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training sessions in STEM-related disciplines, developing curriculum and lesson plans, and assessing student progress. Additional responsibilities include staying updated with the latest educational methodologies, mentoring students, and preparing them for practical applications in industries through hands-on training modules. As part of the team, the Trainer will also collaborate with peers to continuously improve program quality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in STEM subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and Computational Thinking
  • Curriculum development and training delivery skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience with hands-on tools, live projects, and industry applications
  • Ability to mentor and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Education, Engineering, or a STEM field
  • Knowledge of vocational and skill-based programs is an advantage
  • Passion for teaching and contributing to youth employability initiatives
